[Bug 1894155] [NEW] libpam-moudles update failure

Public bug reported:

today ubuntu software updater pushed a update, but it failed when update
libpam-modules from 1.3.1-5ubuntu4.1 to 1.3.1-5ubuntu4.1.

after that i tried to update this package manually, here is the error
reported.
