As before you upgrade Ubuntu ,you have to remove unnecessary and
corrupted packages . I have resolved issue by following commands:

apt list --upgradable
sudo apt autoremove
sudo do-release-upgrade -h
sudo do-release-upgrade -d -f DistUpgradeViewGtk3
