  I am unable to upgrade ubuntu 20.04, after sudo do-release-upgrade -d

Bug description:
  system reports

  Could not calculate the upgrade

  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

  I  have ubuntu 18.04 and did

  sudo apt update
  sudo apt upgrade
  but nothing helped
