Thank you but Manjaro isn't an Ubuntu version, you should report the
issue to the distribution you are using

Status in fontconfig package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Ubuntu release: Manjaro 20.1.1 using KDE+Plasma
  installed package version: fontconfig-ubuntu 2.13.0-2
  What you expected to happen: It upgraded successfully to 2.13.1-1.
  What happens: It fails one of the tests during the build(when using the UI package manager)
  Output from build is attached in a file.
