Public bug reported:
1) Description: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
Release: 20.04
2) user at host:~$ apt-cache policy ubuntu-release-upgrader
N: Unable to locate package ubuntu-release-upgrader
3) Just trying to run Software Updater.
4)I had run into an issue with the public keys, which I fixed by running
apt-key. Then I tried updating again and it said Not all updates can be
installed so I ran a partial upgrade. But it returned this error message
and suggested that I submit a bug report.
