[Bug 1898647] [NEW] deleted the ppa, yet can't upgrade

I keep getting unresolveable error.  Can not figure out how to fix to
move to the next stage.  Initially it was ppa - but using ppa-purge,
none could be found.  Then manually removed all references in /etc/apt/
folder, still no resolution.
