The screenshot shows that the error occurred in the step 'Configuring new software channels' of the 'Complete distribution upgrade'.
The error message only says that the upgrade couldn't be calculated, that an 'unsolvable error' happened while calculating the upgrade. The rest of the message are only instructions to seek help about it.
