Bug description:
  Upstream's build parameters;

  override_dh_auto_build:
         dh_auto_build -O--buildsystem=golang -- -ldflags="-s -w -X main.version=$(VERSION)-$(RELEASE)" -mod=readonly

   - Strip the binary
   - Set main.version

  (Upstream asked for that.)
