Your bug report does not include the text of the error message, or any
detail that could be used to diagnose this bug.

Also, UbuntuDDE, which I have never heard of before, advertises itself
as an Ubuntu remix, but it includes packages that are not part of the
Ubuntu archive.  We cannot guarantee supportability of such an image
which has not been developed in coordination with the Ubuntu team.
