[Bug 1879702] [NEW] The software properties screen freezes when I update the software cache

I am currently using Ubuntu 20.04, but I had the same problem in 19.10.
When I make changes to the software resources, when closing the program,
"Update the software cache?" I come across the question. If I say yes,
it updates the cache but the window freezes. It cannot be closed in any
way.
