Bug description:
  [Impact]

livecd-rootfs uses wrong model name for pi-armhf on focal+

it should be pi-armhf, not just pi.

  [Test Case]

Run a test build of armhf+raspi with the -proposed livecd-rootfs. Make
sure that the build succeeds, pulling in the right model assertion.

  [Regression Potential]

  None really.
