[Bug 1878546] [NEW] Kicad-libraries conflicts with kicad-common in 20.04

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu kicad-libraries tells me “Breaks: kicad-common (<<
5.0.0~rc1+dfsg1-1~)” but seems to break all versions of kicad-common.

This has the effect that on upgrade, kicad has no libraries (symbols or
footprints).

Manually removing kicad-common and then installing kicad-libraries
resolves the issue.

** Affects: kicad (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Package changed: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu) => kicad (Ubuntu)
