[Bug 1878350] [NEW] Unable to update today

update-manager: version 1:18.04.11.12


I had failed partial update with unconfigured systemd. My system was locked (unable to reboot without root). I did restart with sudo.

Synaptic will ask to kill apt then crash after launch with sudo.
Synaptic was functional before update.
