[Bug 1874512] Re: Can't upgrade 18.04 to 20.04

While people running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS will not be prompted to upgrade to
20.04 LTS until July, it is still possible for people to upgrade to the
release anyway. So this bug is not invalid and none of the bugs which
are duplicates of this should be.
