Yes, it seems that there was an error while trying to communicate with
the mirror the Ubuntu archive which you use. Unfortunately, there is
nothing we, Ubuntu developers, can do to resolve this. You'll need to
sort out your network configuration or try using a different mirror of
the Ubuntu archive.
