Title:
  Can't restore from backup as part of installation

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  If you backed up your system (e.g. using Déjà Dup), and then it died,
  the installer does not provide an easy way for you to restore from
  that backup.

  This is one of a set of basic options for "do you have any data":
  * Install Ubuntu from scratch
  * Restore from an Ubuntu backup
  * Migrate from a previous (and still-working) Ubuntu PC
  * Migrate from Windows

  These options *conceptually* clash with the "Installation type" options, or at least with their captions:
  * Upgrade Ubuntu to x.y
  * Erase Ubuntu and reinstall
  etc.

  So this will first need careful design.
