  It is not possible to file report on hotkeys bug on ASUS G53SW using

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

  Help file says "If you have a hardware issue or don't know the name of
  the program affected, just type ubuntu-bug" but when I do this I'm
  given the option to select "Other problem" but this I get a "No
  package specified" error which states "You need to specify a package
  or a PID. See --help for more information."  Well, the bug is that my
  hotkeys for volume and brightness do not work.  How can I report this
  using apport?
