Title:
UpgradeStatus date is wrong when system is upgraded through
  sources.list change

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

Apport says I upgrade to oneiric 81 days ago when that is when I
upgraded to natty. I think it's confused since I upgrade through
changing my sources file and didn't wait for update-manager to handle
it. However, it should still reflect the correct upgrade date or not
include it. Perhaps a check to see if the date for the last upgrade
was to the current release the machine is on.
