Title:
custom installation on GPT partitioned disks refers to Primary &
  Logical partitions

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  1. Boot ubuntu-14.04-desktop-amd64.iso in a Virtual Box VM using UEFI.
  2. Installation type: something else
  3. click New Partition Table button
  4. click free space then + button

Result: The "create partition" dialog contains a "Type for the new
partition" distinguishing between Primary & Logical partitions.

Expected: Since this is UEFI installation, GPT partitioning is used,
and therefore there's no such thing as Primary and Logical partitions.
So this whole section of the UI shouldn't be present.
