  Moving time forward triggers screensaver, and no way to select RTC/UTC

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  The Screensaver kicks in if you move the time forward. This would
  happen for instance for people upgrading from Windows to Ubuntu in
  time zones EAST of GMT.

  also no way to select RTC in GMT or UTC.
