  Installation gets inoperable after apparently unexpected step

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  When installing from live CD and editing partitions manually, if one
  edits a partition and click OK and then click "edit partition" again,
  the new "edit partition" window won't close because the partition
  resizing began meanwhile. After finishing the resizing, the
  installation is inoperable, apparently due to the "Edit Partition"
  window.
