The mirror of the Ubuntu archive which you are using does not mirror
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (focal) and as such the upgrade process can not
complete. To resolve the issue you'll need to switch to a mirror of the
Ubuntu archive which does include Ubuntu 20.04. Please switch mirrors
and try the upgrade again. Thanks!
