Ah yes you are right. Then the files I'm missing are just not included in libboost-all-dev package for my Ubuntu version...
I just looked at the most recent package and after the packages have not been listed as dependencies I figured that they must be missing. My bad.
** Changed in: boost-defaults (Ubuntu)
Status: Incomplete => Invalid

Title:
libboost-all package incomplete
Status in boost-defaults package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Comparing the boost modules listed on https://packages.ubuntu.com/eoan
/libboost-all-dev and
https://github.com/boostorg/boost/tree/master/libs reveals that some
boost modules are not included in Ubuntu's packages.
The one I know is missing for certain is container_hash but maybe
there are more missing modules than that. I didn't cross-check all of
them.
It would be very nice if you could add the missing Boost modules as
well so that they can be installed via the package manager.
EDIT: mp11 and callable_traits are also not included in the packages
