Bug description:
  Upon update on 30 March 2020 libpango1.0-0 was removed from the
  system.

  Package libpango1.0-0 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
  This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
  is only available from another source
  However the following packages replace it:
    libpangox-1.0-0

  However applications such as balena-etcher require libpango1.0-0
