  The background is black in whole ubiquity session

Bug description:
  [Summary]

  Since focal daily build - 3/25, the background in ubiquity become
  black + vendor+Ubuntu icons(same as plymouth spinner theme), and also
  I can reproduce this issue in 3/26 daily build.

  [Steps to reproduce]
  1. Boot the installer with USB sticker
  2. Select Install Ubuntu
  3. Waiting for the interactive page shown up.

  [Expected result]
  The background with focal theme.

  [Actual result]
  The background is whole black.

  [Failure rate]
  100%

  [Additional information]

  " lsb_release -rd

  Description: Ubuntu Focal Fossa (development branch)
  Release: 20.04
