Solved:::!!!! Its Exactly Graphics Driver issue after doing some
testing on a laptop I found Booting on safe graphics Mode and installing
thru Safe Graphics Mode resolves this Issue Completely!! Exciting!!!!!

Bug description:
As i was installing Converting my USB flash drive from NTFS to FAT 32
somewhere in the UBUNTU desktop installer i experienced a flashy
glitch that made screen almost unreadable i went back a few step sin
the install process kinda reset it :). A thread where another similar
install problem where a user encountered similar issues. Just getting
setup once i get my IDE's going might take a gander if you cannot
find.
