[Bug 1868275] [NEW] while installing ubuntu message pop up saying "there is an cd fault.. etc and it stops installing"

Public bug reported:

I have been download ubuntu linux as core OS in my HP pavilion g series laptop.
and then when it starts copying files then the message pop up's and tell that the CD/USB is faulty and the ubuntu OS is not installed further and stops. Please resolve my bug as much fast as you can....
