Bug description:
  If using the newest version of libep11_2.1.0-8_s390x.deb with
  Disco/Eoan/Focal 
  downloaded from 
  http://public.dhe.ibm.com/security/cryptocards/pciecc3/EP11/2.1.0/

  Following problem occur.:
  libep11 : Depends: libssl1.0.0 but it is not installable
