Public bug reported:

ISO testing 20.04 daily image for Budgie 20200316. During boot of
install media, the media-validation step ignores "s" to skip.

Other *buntu flavors ignore "s" during a lengthy check of a large squash
file. But, Budgie is ignoring it even as it cycles through small files.
