We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner.

I'm setting this bug to "Incomplete" as it's not seen any activity for
some time, it doesn't include enough information for anyone to
troubleshoot the problem as I myself have successfully installed Xubuntu
18.04 on more than one machine.

It's possible that you had a bad write to your media and if that's the
case then before reporting a bug please try the option to check the
integrity of the image from the installer boot menu, and if this
confirms that the media is corrupt, try re-writing it.

In the absence of any further comments this bug report will expire in
approximately 60 days time.

Bug description:
  During installation of xubuntu 18.04, when appears the welcome window
  of installation, suddenly appears the message that the installer fail
  to intall for an old disc or dirty CD/DVD. (sorry for my english)
