Title:
  workflow assumes that the bug has not been reported yet

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  * Something crashes
  * I get one dialogue (though they are different types) asking more or less to report or ignore
  * I select report, and apport does it's business
  * I may even get a little questionnaire about how much debugging I can do
  * Then a popup is shown saying it's already been reported.... sometimes even by me

  Please, can you somehow skip to last step straight away?

  E.g. cache crashes affecting me & only recheck status/crash to make
  sure that it's still valid. "Something has crashed, but it has already
  been reported, ignore or open the bug in the browser?"
