Title:
When installing on a per-partitioned disk with no OS, partition option
  messages are confusing

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

When installing on to a target device with preformatted partitions,
but no OS installation, ubiquity reports that there are no operating
systems installed, and then provides an option to install them side by
side (which makes no sense in context).

Testing with karmic Alpha 2 (ubiquity 1.13.3). Unfortunately, ubuntu-
bug crashed when attempting to file, so other information isn't being
  attached.
