  Apport-collect collects information about wrong package

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hello,
  i saw a problem in apport package (2.14.1-0ubuntu3.2).

  Steps to reproduce :
  1) Submit a bug by launchpad (Not apport)
  2) Change affecting package of the bug in Launchpad.
  3) Run apport-collect bug number.

  Exceptation :
  Apport-collect sends apport data for new (changed) package.

  What occured? :
  Apport-collect sent apport data for old (invalid) package.
