  Where are you?  Timezone selector should use locale time-format

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When using the timezone selector, it tells me at the bottom that the:

    Current time: 04:17:34 PM

  This should be displayed in the chosen-locale's time (24hour), rather
  than in en_US 12hour format.
