Title:
Ubiquity "Install alongside" gets locked out

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Installing Xubuntu 12.05 in Vbox with 512MB RAM and 8GB drive space
(obviously too little), the "Install alongside" screen gets locked.
There is apparently no way to have space for two installations, so one
can't continue, and after a while, the "Back" button gets greyed out
  too.
