Bug description:
  Binary package hint: mdadm

  When I was reporting : https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/442735 I
  noticed that ubuntu-bug will fail to report what it should because it
  lacked permission to run mdadm -E on the devices.   This clearly makes
  the debugging less useful and I think it should prompt for a password
  to generate useful information.
