Title:
Please display Date/Time in the "Sorry, the program %s closed
  unexpectedly." dialog

Status in Apport:
  New
Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

Please display the info from the crash file's "Date" field in the
popup, which allows the user to report the crash/problem.

This makes it a lot easier to classify, what this crash may have been
  related to.

I see, that you can get this info later from the "Display info"
button, but nonetheless - I think it would help a lot, if you see
something like "This happened x minutes ago." or "This happened
yesterday, 22:35"; of course, just using the value from the Date field
  would be enough already.
