Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

  In some reports of type 'Package' the key 'ErrorMessage' contains the
  string 'ErrorMessage: ' in the value instead of only the error message
  returned by dpkg.

  e.g 
  ErrorMessage:
   ErrorMessage: package wine1.2 is not ready for configuration cannot configure (current status `config-files')

  It should be
  ErrorMessage: package wine1.2 is not ready for configuration cannot configure (current status `config-files')
