Title:
  attach_related_packages might add redundant information

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
   affects ubuntu/apport
   importance low

The attach_related_packages convenience function in hookutils.py might
lead to the adding of redundant information to a bug report. For
example if package A had a dependency on a package B and package A's
apport hook called "attach_related_packages(report, packageB)" then
information about package B would appear in both Dependencies.txt and
RelatedPackageVersions.txt. This could be avoided by having
attach_related_packages check to see if the package name is already in
  Dependencies.txt.
