This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If
this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us

Bug description:
Binary package hint: apport
When trying to report a bug using:
ubuntu-bug linux
I tells me "The problem cannot be reported: This is not a genuine Ubuntu package"
I have not made any modifications to the Kernel.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run "ubuntu-bug linux"
2. Answer all the questions apport asks you
What happens:
You will get a dialog stating "The problem cannot be reported: This is not a genuine Ubuntu package"
What you expect to happen:
It brings me to the web age where you finish filing the bug report
This has happened on every kernel in Lucid at least that i remember
