Title:
grub loader can't be installed on sdb

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I write kubuntu10.04 beta iso to a flash disk and want to install it
to the second harddisk of my laptop. I want to install grub loader on
my second harddisk (sdb) instead of (sda) so that I can use the second
  harddisk on other laptops.

But during the installation, there is an advanced configuration which
is supposed to select grub loader installation disk. There is a drop
down list. I can only see sda in the list and can not select sdb.

If I uncheck install grub loader here, it will install OS to sdb but
can't reboot into new OS since grub loader is not installed.
