  apport crashes when reporting bugs via ubuntu-bug

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

  Using kubuntu/9.10 
  when I generate a bug report from the command line using "ubuntu-bug packagename", the program crashes. It seems, however, that it does start the bug report in my web browser properly before crashing (this report was generated by running 'ubuntu-bug apport').
