Title:
  Invalid problem report from apport

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

I keep getting a notification about a crashed program. However, when I
click the button to see more info, I get the message "You are not
allowed to access this problem report". This seems wrong: why am I not
allowed? And why am I getting notified about something I'm not allowed
  to see?
