Title:
Some modules could be removed to save space

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub2

There's some stuff built in here which just isn't needed:

/boot/grub/part_acorn.mod - Acorn disk partitioning just isn't found on PCs
/boot/grub/hello.mod - This looks like an example module

These all get copied from grub-pc: /usr/lib/grub/i386-pc

perhaps there are some others that could be configured out.

  Dave
