Title:
apport fails to catch a number of common Pulseaudio crashes

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

I am seeing very frequent PA crashes, however apport isn't catching
them at all. It would be great if Apport would catch pa_stream_cork()
failures and pa_stream_writeable_size() failures as described in this
  bug:
