  [Maverick] ubuntu-bug fails when reporting a bug about ubiquity

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

  I'm running up-to-date Maverick RC amd64.
  My installed apport version is 1.14.1-0ubuntu7

  When I run `ubuntu-bug ubiquity` and click "Send report" it fails with
  the following message:

  "Cannot connect to crash database, please check your Internet connection.
  [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/var/log/installer/casper.log'"
