  Installer Crashed while installing 10.10 from USB Drive

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  While installing 10.10 from a USB drive onto a Dell Precision 7500,
  the installer crashed. I have attached a zipfile containing syslog,
  partman, and a pic of the error message received.
