Bug description:

  I installed Ubuntu 10.10 as a dual boot with Windows Vista. The grub
  loader has swapped the Vista recovery and boot partitions in the menu
  - the Windows Vista (loader) option runs the recovery console and the
  Windows Vista Recovery Environment (Loader) option boots Vista.
