Title:
apport-gtk causes periodically heavy cpu load

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

I noticed my EEEPC 900 stay very hot while idle.

Found periodically starting apport-gtk that causes heavy CPU load.

In "ps -a -f" output sometimes I see that:
  zhmak 9471 1 87 16:13 ? 00:00:00 /usr/bin/python /usr/share/appor

Also you can see System monitor screenshot that demonstrates periods
  of CPU load.
