Title:
Grub2 panic when a device is plugged in a USB 3.0 port.

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub2

I've a new Dell XPS 15 laptop, on which I've Windows 7, and also Linux Mint 10 (Julia).
When I power on the laptop, if an external hard drive, or a pendrive, is plugged in a usb 3.0 port, grub starts the count down, but after 2 seconds it stops without any advice, without any signal, nothing of nothing, and the only way to proceed is turn off the computer holding the power button, and then removing the usb drive, for then powering on the pc.
I tried to restore the windows boot loader, and it works fine, so I think that it can be a grub2 bug.
